Renowned Ghanaian reggae musician Knii Lante has been named the headline artiste for the maiden edition of Jammin’ Reggae Fest 2018 scheduled for Sunday, December 30 at the W.E.B. DuBois Centre in Accra.

Touted as one of the biggest gathering of reggae music lovers and reggae artistes, ‘Jammin’ Reggae Fest 2018 will see the performance of over 15 respected artistes.

Knii Lante will mount the stage alongside some selected reggae artistes such as Sammy Nukpese’s Roots Anabo, Kente Band, Nana Fynn, US-based Lokal Krysis and a host of others.

The event will also feature the Perfect Melodies Band and some other special guest artistes.

The maiden edition of the event is expected to create an enabling environment for reggae artistes billed for the event to interact with their fans.

According to the organisers, they are targeting all people who love to party, adding that the event will be a wonderful atmosphere for people to get together and make new friends.

Apart from entertaining reggae music fans, the event will also be used to raise funds to support some needy institutions in the country.

There will be sales stands for a variety of items as well.

Ahuma Bosco Ocansey, also known as Daddy Bosco, a broadcast media consultant, director of communications and special projects at MUSIGA and president of the Rastafari Council in Ghana will be the MC at the show.

The concert is being put together by Krysis Entertainment/Krysis Musique Inc, an international reggae music production house and record label.
