Selorm Adadevoh, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MTN Ghana, has indicated that management has finalized plans to intensify customer engagement in 2019 to continuously place customers at the heart of the company’s operations.

During the final 2018 “Yello Soiree” held at the Marriot Hotel in Accra recently, he disclosed that MTN Ghana, as first step to implementing the plans, has dedicated the entire year to its customers and would in the coming days outline programmes in that regard.

“As a leading telecommunication network in the country, we have outlined a number of attractive and innovative customer care packages and promos to retain our customers, as well as add new ones,” he added.

“MTN Ghana is very passionate about the interests of its customers and this explains why we are happy to dedicate a whole year to their cause.”

According to him, MTN Ghana in 2019 would make investment to improve its 3 and 4G Services and infrastructure, adding that it would expand its fibre projects to cover rural communities and intensify its digital initiative.

He further stated that as part of efforts to protect its fiber bands, it would collaborate with road and real estate contractors, among others, on their respective development agenda, adding that the time has come for people to realize that Fibre Broad bands are the nerve cells of all businesses across the world which need to be protected and considered as national asset.

Touching on the public outcry over its services in recent times, he opined that the company would effectively improve its services in 2019.
