Nana Akomea and Eno Akua Kyeremanteng
Former Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Akomea tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Eno Akua Kyeremanteng, at a private traditional marriage ceremony held at Achimota in Accra yesterday.
The ceremony was attended by relations, stalwarts of the NPP and close friends of the couple.
The two have been dating for some time now, and checks by DAILY GUIDE indicate the marriage ceremony was kept secret.
DAILY GUIDE gathered that the ceremony would be climaxed with a grand reception today.
The reception is expected to be attended by gurus of the ruling NPP and opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), friends and relations of the newly-wedded couple.
He is currently the Managing Director of State Transport Company (STC).
Nana Akomea, 57, a native of Nsutam, near Kyebi in the Eastern Region, was once the Member of Parliament (MP) for Okaikwei South.
He served as Minister of Information and Employment and Manpower Development under the previous Kufuor administration.
