200 For GNPC Ghana’s Fastest Final

GNPC Ghana’s Fastest

Two hundred athletes have made it to the finals of this year’s GNPC Ghana’s Fastest Human scheduled for the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi on September 16.

The finalists were selected after keenly-contested meets in Sekondi, Tamale and the University of Ghana, Legon Stadium.

And according to founder of the Ghana’s Fastest Human, Recks Brobby, the stage is set and the athletes are in shape to demonstrate the best form of athletics.

“The stage is set for the big do; the athletes are gearing up, and we’re expecting the very best from them. At this stage, I will classify all the finalists as winners, it’s been a long journey; we are gradually getting there, that is our aim of raising athletes from our schools,” said Brooby.

The GNPC Ghana’s Fastest Human is a seven-year program aimed at restoring the sport’s dwindling fortunes and has received support from Indomie Instant Noodles and Adidas.
