Some five regional ministers are taking their turns this morning at the Information Ministry’s Nation Building Updates series to share insights into steps they are taking in their respective regions to rebuild the Ghanaian economy.
The updates today is the first in the series and it is themed: Rebuilding the Ghanaian Economy.
The five ministers are Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah, Western Regional Minister, Kwamena Duncan, Central Regional Minister, Dr Archibald Y. Letsa, Volta Regional Minister, Salifu Saeed, Northern Regional Minister, and Evelyn Ama Kumi-Richardson, Bono Regional Minister.
They are the first batch of regional ministers to participate in the updates.
Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, in his welcome address at the Academy of Arts and Sciences on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, says there will be three engagements with regional ministers under the updates.
The event provides government with an opportunity to accounts for measures it has put in place to ensure the actualization of its rebuilding agenda since it assumed office in 2017, he stated.
