Avaya, RayCom Partner Assist Ghanaian Firms

Avaya, a global leader in business communications software, systems and services, has announced a strategic alliance with RayCom Technologies to deliver ‘hybrid cloud solutions’ to mid-market companies in Ghana and Sub-Sahara Africa.

The move, which comes with flexible deployment offerings from Avaya, is to help the companies achieve their digital transformation objectives.

Under the partnership, RayCom Technologies will also deliver unified communications and contact center hybrid cloud solutions powered by Avaya IP Office to its extensive customer base across the region, allowing organizations to benefit from RayCom Technologies’ state-of-the-art infrastructure and expertise, while minimizing upfront investment and benefiting from an ‘Opex business model.
