Five young entrepreneurs from different backgrounds have joined forces to boost entrepreneurship in the country.
The entrepreneurs, operating under the umbrella – Mutual Family – will be leveraging on the power of corporate performance rather than working individually to expand their frontiers.
Michael Gopsah, Head of the group, who spoke to BUSINESS GUIDE at the launch of Mutual Family in Accra, said the purpose of the group, which currently has five registered companies, is to help young growing business and companies to network.
He said the group would seek contracts for companies registered under it, thus making all kinds of services and products available just by a dial.
“Contracts will be distributed according to the specialization of registered companies, which include DOVEAG specialists in computer networking, MUTUAL BRADAS specialists in electrical engineering and paintings, MAX ANNY specialists in local drinks, International Sport Management, which scouts for skillful player abroad, Pizzy Spray specialists in car sprayers and SJ Building Materials, dealers in all kinds of building materials,” he said.
Mr. Gopsah said it all started when likeminded friends who had completed their tertiary education but unemployed decided not to wait for employment by applying the skills they acquired in school.
“This family started when frustration lead me to friends who identified with my frustration. One of them, who is called Saddick, completed NIIT with a degree in computer networking and was very good at what he does, another friend Ankle Akwa also completed school with experience in electrical engineering but had not job so we started the group,” he added.

The group was officially launched after prayers were said for the entrepreneurs.
