KNUST Lecturer Backs Social Media

Rev. Sintim Aboagye

Publishers and writers in the country have been urged to publish their works on social media henceforth.

Dr Kofi N. Amoako Agyeman, lecturer at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), made the call during the launch of a book.

According to him, social media has now become the sole source of information and entertainment for many people in Ghana.

In this regard, he said publishers and writers would make more impact in society if soft copies of their works are published on social media platforms.

Dr Amoako Agyeman disclosed this at the official launch of a book entitled, ‘I Am Risen with Christ’ at Robin Center in Abompe New Site at Obuasi.

Rev Sintim Aboagye, Founding Father of T.E.A.R.S of Christ, is the author of the book, which has been hailed by industry players.

The book focuses on how Christians can live by the principles of Christ so they can entre God’s Kingdom after their death.

The book also highlights the essence of the second coming Jesus Christ to the believer.

It also highlights the life, death and most importantly, the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Rev Sintim Aboagye urged Ghanaians to lead righteous lives and shun all sinful acts so they would have a place in the Kingdom of God after they depart the world.

He stated categorically that “judgement day is real so people should take note and live righteous lifestyles.

According to him, people would render account to their creator on the judgement day.

Rev Dr Ahmed Adjei, Head Pastor, Straightaway Chapel International, praised the author for his vision and hard work in publishing the insightful book.

According to him, a lot of prayers, research and consultations were done before the divine revelation of the book, urging the people to patronize it.

The first 20 copies of the book were purchased at amazing prices by scores of dignitaries that attended the event.
