Three persons lost their lives in a ghastly accident that occurred on Boxing Day (December 26, 2017) at Enchi in the Aowin District of the Western Region.

The accident happened at Adjakaa, near Enchi, when a motorbike on which they were riding rammed into a stationary truck loaded with bags of cocoa beans.

Meanwhile the police have arrested one David Boateng, 34, the driver of the Hyundai Mighty truck with registration number GS 1330-11, to assist in investigation.

DAILY GUIDE gathered that the driver, who reported himself to the police after the accident, had parked the truck by the roadside without any warning signals.
