SSUE
Ghanaian R&B and Afro-pop artiste, Susan Serwah Amoakohene, known in the music scene as SSUE, will release her latest single titled ‘Commotion’ and its music video in February ahead of her maiden album release slated for this year.
The latest single which was written and performed by SSUE was produced by Lahai Samura & Mobeatz Bang R, with support from the Scratch Universal & Publishing, headed by Kofi Amoakohene.
Her latest single is a danceable song fit for parties, wedding ceremonies and other social events.
SSUE made Ghana proud when she performed at last year’s edition of Marché International du Disque et de l’Edition Musicale (MIDEM), which was held in Cannes, France.
At the event, SSUE thrilled invited guests and other music fans with most of her hit songs on her upcoming album titled ‘Explosion Of My Life’.
Performing her ‘Explosion Of My Life’ and ‘Bome Nkomo De’ ft Pat Thomas, SSUE proved her worth in a performance which earned her a standing ovation and got the audience talking about her.
The event also witnessed performances from international artistes such as Sally Night from UK, Xavier Keyz from the USA, Gerald Clarke from South Africa, Max Hoba from South Africa, E.D Lipinski from France among others.
SSUE, a few months ago, rocked the New Morning Star Cafe with a concert dubbed ‘SSUE Unplugged Showcase’. She also did a collaboration live on stage with Bibie Brew during the concert.
She has shared stage with artistes like Becca, Osibisa, Yinka Davis, Steve Bedi, United Kingdom-based Ghanaian trumpeter Paul Bilson, Bibie Brew, among others.
