Joselyn Dumas Joins Joy FM

TV personality and actress, Joselyn Dumas, has joined The Multimedia Group, owners of Joy FM, Hitz FM, Adom FM and a number of other prominent media organisations.

The move comes about two years after rumours that she was joining Live FM of the EIB Network.

She will co-host the late afternoon show, Drive Time on Joy FM with Lexis Bill.

Apart from that show, she will also host The Show With Joselyn on the first and third Friday of every month from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Joy FM.

Until joining Joy FM, she was the host of Keeping Real With Joselyn Dumas on Ghone TV on Saturday at 8:00pm.

It is an unconventional fun and chatty talk-show where like-minded ladies spill their guts and talk about issues related to women.

This is the first time Joselyn will be working with a radio network and also her first time to work with a particular media house after she left Viasat One TV in 2014.

Born Joselyn Canfor-Dumas in Ghana on August 31, 1980, she had her basic education at Morning Star School and proceeded to the Archbishop Porter Girls’ High School, where she became the entertainment prefect.

Joselyn furthered her studies in the United States, where she earned a degree in administrative law. She was a practising paralegal until she relocated to Ghana to follow her dreams of becoming a television personality.

She made her debut television appearance as the host of Charterhouse’s Rhythmz, an entertainment show, which saw her interview many celebrities. She was later headhunted by ViasatOne to host their flagship talk show, The One Show, which was aired from 2010 to 2014.
