Gifty Adrah
Paul Doe Adrah, father of Ghanaian actress, Gifty Adrah will be laid to rest after his funeral on Saturday, October 27 in Accra.
The late Paul 62, died on Friday September 6 while he was being rushed to the Ridge Hospital in Accra.
Gifty who confirmed his death only said he had been sick for a while without stating exactly what killed him.
“He was sick for sometime but he recovered and less than a month it started again. I was with him the whole of yesterday,” she said the day he died.
His funeral will be held at the Race Course around the washing bay at Lapaz, a suburb of Accra after which his remains will be taken for interment at the Achimota cemetery also in Accra.
The late Paul was a retired aviation worker and is succeeded by five children
Gifty, 26, is the third born. She is an actress and a model. She has been in Ghana’s showbiz for over five years and has featured in a couple of movies. She is also about starting her own TV show.
Among her movies are ‘Facebook’, ‘Ugly Bargain’, ‘Family Secret’ and Yvonne Nelson’s produced series, ‘Heels & Sneakers’ among others.
