The late Pharm. Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko
The Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH) has expressed deep shock at the demise of the late Pharm. Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko, Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayawaso West Wuogon.
In a statement, PSGH said the passing into glory of their “brother” brings true sadness to their hearts as a Society, to the bereaved family and as well as the people of the Republic of Ghana.
“Today, we mourn the passing on of a distinguished pharmacist, astute politician and a great son of Ghana who has left an indelible imprint in the history of our noble profession.
Hon. Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko was a great pharmacist, a fellow of the Ghana College of Pharmacists and the Member of Parliament for,” excerpt of the statement read.
The document, signed by Pharm. Benjamin K. Botwe, President of the Society, added that the legacy of the late Pharm. Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko will remain immortalised in the annals of the pharmacy profession in Ghana.
“We are, indeed, honoured and blessed to have had him as a professional colleague. Farewell and rest in peace Hon. Pharm. Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko– leader, pharmacist and a true politician,” it stated.
“The PSGH will never forget you. We will always remember you as your spirit continues to guide and inspire us in our struggle for perfection and greater heights. Posterity will celebrate you as one of the greatest pharmacists who contributed immensely in shaping the cause of our noble profession across the various sectors of practice.
You will forever remain in our hearts. May the Almighty God rest your soul in eternal peace,” it continued.
