Asabea Cropper will be a special guest performer at a musical concert dubbed ‘Della For Womanity Concert’ tomorrow at the Alliance Française in Accra.
The highlife musician and saxophonist is expected to put up a splendid performance of her best cover songs like ‘Womaya’, ‘I Love So Much’ and many others.
She would be performing alongside Naa Amanua, formerly of Wulomei.
The 700-capacity auditorium of the Alliance Française is expected to be packed beyond expectation as the concert is anticipated to attract many music fans.
The event, which has Della Hayes as the headlined artiste, is being organised to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the All Women Band.
Della, who is the founder and leader of All Women Band, would deliver two-and-half non-stop performance that would see her entertain music fans with all her danceable hit songs such as ‘Happy Yourself’, ‘From Africa With Love’, ‘Let’s Have A Party’, among others.
She has promised to give her fans a surprise package and an extraordinary performance, adding that “the event will be a night of fun for my fans.”
“I will use the event to unveil the projects being undertaken by the band, as well its upcoming 10-track album,” she told BEATWAVES.
She mentioned that music fans who would grace the event would have the opportunity to interact with her, Asabea Cropper and Naa Amanu, who would perform their all-time favourite songs at the concert.
Della added that there would also be other surprise performers on the night to complete the excitement.
A number of prominent music personalities such as Bessa Simons, Gyedu Blay Ambolley, Obour, Daddy Bosco, Kofi Amoakohene (CEO of Scratch Studios), Dela Botri, among others, are expected to grace the event.
