The Kotoko/Hearts of Oak crunch game in London will be launched at the Hive Stadium, London, today amid pomp and pageantry.
The match forms part of a series of activities marking Ghana’s 63 years of attainment of independence from British rule in 1957.
The game will be taking place in London on April 11, 2020, and already, several football fans have registered to travel and watch the match.
The match was initially supposed to take place on March 7, 2020 but due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, it was rescheduled.
Being organised by ProBall International Limited, the grand launch will be used to highlight all issues that will make the game a success.
Hearts and Kotoko will be represented at the launch by Frederick Moor and George Amoako, who are CEOs of the two clubs.
Already, some seasoned sports journalists from different media outlets in Ghana are already in London, courtesy African Origin Travel & Sports Tourism.
The Kotoko-Hearts game in London is also part of activities to help bring the love back to Ghana football, notably the local league.
