Don’t Malign Akufo-Addo -Octogenarian To Mahama

Flashback:  Young Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo aged 14 with the late President Kwame Nkrumah

Madam Aba Jenkins, an octogenarian, has taken exception to the negative remarks being made by former President John Mahama against President Akufo-Addo.

For a man anointed to be President for a purpose, she said such negative remarks won’t yield anything, the octogenarian pointed out in a statement.

“This is despicable,” she observed, recalling how the negative practice did not start now.

“At the 2016 NDC congress in Sunyani, Nana’s effigy was placed in a coffin for burial. What was the result of that display?” she asked.

She said no voodoo or occultist manoeuvres can work against a man who has a covenant with God.

Quoting from the Bible, Madam Aba Jenkins said, “Life and death are in the tongue and those who love it will eat its fruits. Proverbs 18:21.”

All power belongs to God, she said, adding and with God’s backing “Nana is President for a purpose.”

The picture which Nana Akufo-Addo took with the late President Kwame Nkrumah when he was only 14 was prophetic about the assignment that awaited the man who is today the target of the vile tongue of former President John Mahama.

Madam Aba Jenkins, a compendium of local politics, is a niece of one Kumasi’s top politicians and publishers.

She came all the way to DAILY GUIDE from her residence to deliver her message to the former president, including the attached archival picture.
