The crème de la cream of Ghana’s make-up and beauty industry are expected to converge at the Dome of the Accra International Conference Centre on Wednesday for the 5th edition of the Africa Makeup & Beauty (AMB) Fair.
The two-day event will take place on Wednesday, November 17, and Thursday, November 18, 2021 to among many objectives empower stakeholders in the makeup and beauty industries.
The fair comes with activities such as exhibitions & discount sales, beauty business forums, workshops and seminars, beauty shows, Live Demos and trim avenue.
Ghana’s beauty industry is estimated as worth about USD6 million according to the Euro Monitor. It employs well over 1 million Ghanaians most of which are young people and women.
AMB fair is one of the major events that promote the sector. Aside from the fair is the Ghana Beauty Awards (GBA) will come off on November 20 at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra.
Both ceremonies are organized by Makeup Ghana, a major stakeholder in the beauty industry who has promised to make this year’s event a spectacular one.
