The suspended Communication Officer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Sunyani East Constituency of the Bono Region has been reinstated.
Mr. Maxwell Mahama, the Sunyani East Constituency Communication officer of the NPP was suspended from the party.
Bono Regional party executives effected the suspension on March 6, 2021, over gross misconduct.
Nine months down the line, the suspension has been revoked by the Council of Elders and party executives in the Region and the officer reinstated over grounds of good behaviour and commitment to the party activities throughout his suspension .
However, the Chairman of the Sunyani East Constituency of the NPP, Mr. Frank Musah Damtarl, has expressed gratitude to the party executives and the council of elders for their kind gesture to reinstall the suspended officer and also thanked the latter, for his corporation throughout the process.
He called for unity amongst all party members especially the executives, to lifting high the spirit of the party in the Bono Region for a better future.
