He announced the passing of his mother, popularly called Yaa Serwaa on his X on February 26, 2025.
“Lost my mom today, sad day,” he wrote, accompanied by a crying emoji.
While Kwaw Kese did not disclose the cause of death, the news has deeply affected some fans and his colleagues in the music industry.
