SPORTS BROADCASTER Benjamin Osei Bonsu (BOB) and DGN TV have earned two nominations at the 15th edition of the GoldBod Radio and Television Personality (RTP) Awards.
The nominations include TV Sports Show Host of the Year, while DGN Sports Live also secured TV Sports Programme of the Year.
According to the organisers, Benjamin Osei Bonsu’s nomination is in recognition of years of consistency, professionalism and growing authority as one of the emerging voices in sports broadcasting.
His calm delivery, insightful analysis and strong connection with viewers have made him a standout figure on Ghanaian television.
DGN Sports Live programme, which airs every Friday at 8:00 p.m. on DGN TV, has steadily gained popularity for its in-depth discussions, topical debates and comprehensive coverage of both local and international sports.
Beyond his on-screen role, Benjamin Osei Bonsu, popularly known as BOB, also serves as Brands Manager of Western Publications, operators of Daily Guide newspaper, Guide Radio and DGN TV.
His nomination is therefore seen not only as a personal achievement but also as a reflection of his broader contribution to brand development and media growth within the Western Publications group.
