Mussa Dankwa of the Global InfoAnalytics Polls has expressed confidence in the report of his polls that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will turn out the victor in Saturday’s New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer election.

Speaking to Asempa FM shortly after the release of his last polls, he said he remains unshaken about what he put out following the survey undertaken by his outfit ahead of Saturday’s electoral process.

As to possible doubts about his polls, he said, “I am not shaken. Not the slightest vein in my body is shaken and I am absolutely sure.”

A friend from the Central Region, he recalled, called him to express fear about the outcome of the polls, and he told him “even me I am eating and sleeping so he should relax.”

“Global InfoAnalytics approach to the survey was focused on ‘strategy’. We relied on direct calls to approximately 500 delegates per day. We limited ourselves to the polling stations because they are more eager to talk than the regional and constituency executives,” he disclosed.

Global InfoAnalytics final predictive model, released last Friday, January 23, indicated that Dr. Bawumia remains the frontrunner pushed by the ‘enduring Bawumia Factor’, outweighing the grassroots momentum behind Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.

In a related development, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, founder and leader of the Prophetic Hill Chapel, has described Kennedy Agyapong as a dangerous figure who should not be allowed anywhere near political power.

Regarded as an outspoken cleric, he accused Kennedy Agyapong’s minders of manipulating videos to promote his political agenda.
