Prophet Eric Boahen Uche
Clergyman and founder of Reign House Chapel, Prophet Eric Boahen Uche, has drawn public attention after his prophecy about Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s victory in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential primaries came to pass.
Weeks before the primaries, when the race was still widely seen as unpredictable, Prophet Uche declared during a church service that Dr. Bawumia would win the contest with between 56 and 57 per cent of the total votes.
At the time, the prediction was met with doubt, as the primaries were highly competitive, with strong support for other candidates, particularly former Assin Central MP, Kennedy Agyapong. Many political analysts also avoided making clear forecasts due to the tight nature of the race.
However, when the results were announced, Dr. Bawumia won decisively, securing a majority that fell within the range Prophet Uche had predicted. The outcome has since sparked discussions across political and religious circles.
Prophet Eric Boahen Uche is the founder and leader of Reign House Chapel, a growing Christian ministry known for its focus on prayer, leadership and national issues. He is known for making few public political prophecies and is often described by followers as reserved and prayer-focused.
Following the primaries, Prophet Uche’s fulfilled prophecy has increased public interest in his ministry, with many now paying closer attention to his statements as Ghana looks ahead to the 2026 general elections.
