Yul Edochie
Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has revealed that a court order prevents him from posting photos of his children with his estranged wife, May Edochie.
Speaking on the KAA Truth Podcast, Yul explained that the restriction is part of an ongoing divorce case and was issued for the safety of the children. He clarified being criticised online for only posting about his second wife, Judy Austin, and her children.
The actor denied abandoning his children, stating that he remains in contact with them and continues to support them financially, including recently sending money to his 17-year-old son through May’s bank account.
Yul stressed that issues between adults should not affect the children, adding that his decision not to post them online does not mean he loves them any less.
“No matter what happened, it shouldn’t affect the children. There’s also a court order, you know there’s a divorce case going on. That’s why I can’t really speak about it, but there’s also a court order saying that anything that has to do with my children, I shouldn’t post for their own safety.
‘My second son is 17, while the other one is about 8 years old. They said no more posting of them. So it’s not like I don’t love them. They are my blood”, he stated.
