Popular Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo, has blamed men for the collapse of many marriages.
In a post shared on her Instagram page, the actress claimed that men contribute “95 per cent” to failed marriages.
“Men contribute 95 per cent in failed marriages,” she wrote.
According to Uche, many marriages break down because some men neglect their wives, cheat on them, emotionally harm them or betray them.
“Many marriages fail because a significant number of men neglect, cheat, devalue, emotionally harm, emotionally stress, or betray their wives,” she added.
She also stated that the lack of accountability in relationships and in society has allowed such behaviour to continue.
Uche is currently in her second marriage. She married her partner and father of her child, Bobby Maris, in October 2023. Her first marriage to Norway-based football agent Ato Ubby in 2013 ended barely a year after it began.
