This milestone was made known by Tune Stat, a platform that provides music analytics and insights, tracking streaming data, chart performance, and audience engagement for artistes and music industry professionals. Moliy, born Molly Ama Montgomery, is crushing it in the music scene.
Her viral hit, ‘Shake It To The Max’, has garnered over 22 million views on YouTube within a month, and she’s ranked 60th on the global digital artiste rankings, surpassing Post Malone and Sfera Ebbasta.
Moliy’s achievement is even more impressive considering she’s been on a hiatus and returned with a bang. Her unique sound, blending Afrobeats, Alté, Afro-fusion, and Dancehall, has resonated with fans worldwide.
She’s also made history as the first Ghanaian artiste to perform at the BET Awards and has collaborated with international stars like Tyla and Amaarae.
