Actress, Lydia Forson, has applauded the media firms who promoted IShowSpeed’s tour in Ghana, stating that the level of investment in tourism promotion has elevated the country’s image.

Lydia Forson made this statement after IShowSpeed responded to President John Dramani Mahama’s remarks on his visit to the Shea Butter Museum.

She reposted the video on her X page under the caption, “I have to say that of all the countries he went to, Ghana probably got the most PR (Public Relations) and milked it the most! Love it!”

IShowSpeed went viral after his visit to Ghana, and President John Dramani Mahama couldn’t help but react to his shea butter massage experience.

President Mahama revealed that his kids were super excited about IShowSpeed’s trip and showed him a video of the streamer getting massaged with locally made shea butter at the Shea Butter Museum. The President joked that IShowSpeed was “lucky” to receive such a treatment from about 10 ladies, and predicted he’d return to Ghana just to relive the experience.

IShowSpeed responded to President Mahama’s comments, confirming he’ll indeed return to Ghana, saying, “The President of Ghana is talking about me. The president is watching my stream, bro. Damn right, hell yeah, I’m going to Ghana.”  Mahama also highlighted the impact of IShowSpeed’s visit, stating it generated massive online attention for Ghana, with millions searching for shea butter and Ghana itself. He noted, “IShowSpeed did more advertising for us than we could have done ourselves.”
