The maiden Property & Polo Classic will on Saturday, March 7 bring together over 500 influential business leaders, investors, and society figures from Ghana and West Africa for an afternoon where luxury and lifestyle meets investment opportunity.

Positioned as, “Where Society Meets Opportunity,” the event, scheduled to be held at the iconic Accra Polo Club, is the vision of three co-organisers whose combined expertise spans law, investment banking, entrepreneurship, and fine hospitality.

Against the backdrop of world-class polo matches, guests will engage with Ghana’s premier real estate developers and financial institutions in an atmosphere of refinement and exclusivity.

Under the theme, “Desert Bloom: Celebrating resilience, beauty and growth in unexpected places”, the curated environment is built for serious conversations and long-term outcomes, which will witness exclusive showcases from innovative developers from Accra, Dubai, and London.

With minimum entry ticket of GH¢700, one is entitled to light drinks, refreshments and food. For the upscale version, a table reservation ranges from GH¢10,000 which entitles up to six people entry, GH¢20,000 for eight people and GH¢30,000 for 10 people with VIP catering treatment based on the ranges.

There will also be a property gallery and showcase, desert bloom garden and creative photo installations, wellness corner, VIP network lounge, artisanal grazing tables, raffle ticketing and silent auction among others.

Co-organiser, Lucy Blay, in her address said ‘The Property And Polo Classic’ is an event dedicated to networking, real estate, polo, lifestyle and more importantly sustainability.

“It’s an event that we are looking forward to …for the next five or so years, making sure that people are building networks each and every time, whether it’s in Ghana or abroad,” she said.

With over 20 partners supporting the event, Ms Blay said, “So when you come, if you are interested in the property, you go to the deal room, you have one-on-one service, and if you want a deal, you can deal right there. So I think it’s a very unique event, merging property, polo and lifestyle.”

Another co-organiser, Benjamin Mensah, emphasised that the event presents a massive opportunity for real estate businesses in the country and abroad.

“It’s a massive opportunity for industry to get together and rally behind what is happening in Ghana. You see a lot of developments coming up. It’s our duty to ensure that the real estate developers are profitable so they can do more and more and more,” he said.

Kwabena Yankey, also a co-organiser, called on prospective participants to patronise their ticket by visiting @propertyandpoloclassic on Instagram for more details.

He further mentioned that aside the event engaging some world class developers to showcase what Ghana is about, patrons will experience an exclusive competition between England vs Ghana International Polo March.
