Prophet Eric Boahen Uche with Otumfuo Osei Tutu II
Founder of Reign House Chapel International, Prophet Eric Boahen Uche, has been honoured with the Otumfuo Commemorative Gold Medal.
The award is in recognition of individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to peace, unity and global development.
It was presented to him at a high-profile international dinner held at the Manhyia Palace, as part of activities marking the 27th anniversary of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II on the Golden Stool.
The event, known as the World-Meets-in-Ghana Executive Dinner Ball, was organised by the E ON 3 Group in collaboration with key government and corporate partners.
It brought together policymakers, traditional authorities, and members of the African diaspora under the theme “Advancing Peace & Sustainable Economic Development Through Royal Vision.”
In an official invitation letter addressed to him, organisers praised his “transformative ministry” and his role in promoting spiritual renewal, unity and community development.
The invitation placed Prophet Uche among a select group of global leaders, dignitaries and diaspora representatives expected at the exclusive gathering. Organisers noted that his recognition aligns with the broader objective of strengthening the link between faith-based leadership and sustainable development efforts.
The ceremony also emphasised the Asantehene’s enduring legacy in peace diplomacy, with reflections on his 27-year reign and contributions to national stability and cultural identity.
Otumfuo Osei Tutu II was celebrated for using traditional authority as a platform for unity and development.
Speakers at the event stressed the importance of leveraging culture, diaspora partnerships and local enterprise to drive economic transformation, positioning the celebration as both a tribute to tradition and a forward-looking platform for development cooperation.
