OUTSPOKEN MEDIA Personality, MC Yaa Yeboah, has expressed her disappointment with the Founder of International God’s Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim, over certain comments made about his wife, Florence.
The marriage between Bishop Daniel Obinim and gospel musician Florence Obinim has recently deteriorated into a highly publicised feud. The man of God has made several public comments against his wife, including allegations of her associating with bad friends amid warnings to halt media discussions about their relationship.
Bishop Obinim recently announced that should he pass away, he does not want Florence or his extended family to be involved in his burial or funeral arrangements. He stated that those responsibilities should be left exclusively to his biological children and church members among others.
MC Yaa Yeboah, in an interview on Okay FM, vehemently stated that the utterances made by Bishop Obinim “raises doubt if he is a man of God.”
“Anytime we hear issues with this marriage are coming from the man in the house, it’s very appalling. I feel like the videos the Bishop has been posting on social media are really unnecessary. It isn’t called for; it’s immature,” she pointed out.
MC Yaa Yeboah further stated that the Bishop publicly warned his wife to stop discussing their marital issues in media interviews, threatening to expose and shame her if the public commentary continues.
“Can I ask myself, what does the Bishop think about his children? Because if you really think about your children and their well-being and sanity, there is no way under the sun of this earth where you will stand in front of a congregation and say dismissive things against your wife.
“Knowing very well that these children have a relationship with their mother. Because every time a woman is supposed to sacrifice the ultimate for the children. What about you, the man, what are you also doing for the children? And you are here wanting to threaten a woman to stop talking about the torment she’s enduring because of you to think about the children,” she added.
MC Yaa Yeboah further accused Bishop Obinim of manipulating his children and wife.
