Ade Napoleon
THE NEWLY elected National Democratic Congress (NDC) Chairman for Asokwa Constituency, Ade Napoleon, has called for unity and peace in the ruling party.
The Asokwa NDC, he said, is poised to significantly increase its electoral votes to enable the party to retain power in 2028, stressing they can only achieve that in an atmosphere of peace.
According to him, President John Mahama’s administration has performed exceptionally well so far, so the party members should shun back biting and unite behind the government.
The Asokwa NDC Chairman also said he was expecting total commitment and hard work from every party member, especially in his constituency, to make victory 2028 easier.
Ade Napoleon, who was delivering his victory speech after emerging as winner in the Asokwa NDC chairmanship race on Saturday, thanked the delegates for honouring him.
“Thank you our cherished delegates for reposing your trust and confidence in me. This victory is for every NDC member in Asokwa, so let’s all come together and work for the party.
“We need total unity and oneness. Our focus should be contributing our quota to help the great NDC to retain power in 2028 and sustain its good works for mother Ghana,” he said.
Ade Napoleon, who is noted for his generous contributions to the NDC members in Asokwa, stated that his electoral victory will not change him, promising to sustain his generous acts.
He assured to practice a servant leadership style in office, urging the NDC members to preach about the government’s good works in order to attract new people into the party.
“Victory 2028 is a must for the NDC, and as party members, we should embrace hard work, starting from today,” Ade Napoleon said, adding, “my doors are opened for advice.”
