The Assembly Member for the area, Aaron Nandie, who confirmed the incident in an interview with the Daily Guide, said he was informed about the situation upon arriving at the scene.
According to him, he gathered that the deceased had reportedly gone to sleep on Sunday and had not been seen again until her body was discovered.
“I was informed about the situation upon reaching the scene. I learned that the deceased went to sleep on Sunday and was not seen again,” he said.
Mr. Nandie disclosed that the police and environmental health officers from the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly were invited to the scene following the discovery.
