Strika, whose real name is Emmanuel Nii Adom Quaye, gained international recognition for his portrayal of Strika in Beasts of No Nation, a 2015 war drama directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga.
Details surrounding the reported incident remain limited, and it is unclear whether the actor has been formally arrested or whether any charges have been filed against him.
