Guinness World Records (GWR) longest singing marathon individual diva Afua Asantewaa O. Aduonum has sent a goodwill message to fellow attemptee, Chef Nyiraba Zulaiha, on her longest cooking marathon attempt in Ghana, Accra.
The contender, embarking on a longest cooking marathon (Cookerthon) by an individual aims to cook for 192 hours (8 days) after starting on Monday, June 1.
And to Afua Asantewaa, the cook’s attempt represents determination and tenacity despite wild criticism and negative comments that has greeted such attempts in recent years.
In a goodwill message signed by the audacious good looking songstress, it stated “Achieving unwavering fearlessness in pursuit of exceptionally high goals demands immense courage and unrelenting determination.
Doesn’t it, Chef Nhyiraba, you triumphed precisely when you seized the initial opportunity.”
The statement added “Conserve much energy by not stretching to your full elasticity.Your decision to come this far speaks volumes. You have what it takes to do our great country Ghana and yourself proud. May Allah see youth through, you are a winner.”
The GWR attemptee is expected to cook for four days (109 minutes) to break a record set by… and set a new one.
