Season 12 of TV3’s Talented Kidz reality show ended on Sunday with amazing kid singer Akwadaa Nyame, born Raymond Nyarko, emerging the ultimate winner.
He beat competition from equally good contestants; Blessing Alorvor, Saliha De Poet and Rap Krachie who also made it to the last round of the reality show on Sunday.
Rap Krachi placed second while Saliha De Poet came third and Blessing Alorvor winning the fourth position.
Akwadaa Nyame received a cheque of GH¢10,000 as part of his prize package and other goodies and souvenirs.
Talented Kidz is a platform for children to unearth their talents. The show for children is produced by TV3 and televised weekly on the channel.
This year’s edition is season 12 and was praised for the amazing performances the kids put up on the show. There were also great performances from winner of Mentor Kwaku Bany, Mr Drew as well as winner of Mentor Reloaded Optional King.
The 2021 grand finale was opened with a rendition of Amandzeba Nat Brew’s Kpanlogo by singer Blessing Alorvor.
That was followed by a dramatic entry by Spike Gee, who stormed the stage carried shoulder high by heavily built men.
Dancer, Andy Dabo, when he took his turn, won the heart of award-winning singer Becca, who generously doled out her proceeds from being a guest judge in the finals to the youngster. Unfortunately, Andy Dabo and Spike Gee were evicted after first round.
The four finalists battled it out, performing with their mentors. Akwadaa Nyame, who performed with Akwaboah turned out the ultimate winner of the season.
