Class met tradition on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at Week Four of the Miss Golden Stool beauty pageant dubbed ‘Fashion Night’.
The night saw all the contestants clad in beautiful casual and ball wear, proving their mettle on the big stage.
Their skin, outfit colours, and hair coupled with brisk catwalks brought to bear the confidence of the contestants.
At the end of two rounds of catwalk, Animounyam representing the people of Kumawu in the Ashanti Region snatched all three awards up for grabs.
The judges on the night, Sally Mann and Sally Akua Amoakowaa unanimously announced that, “After consultation, Animounyam was adjudged winner of the Best Catwalk, Best Casual and Ball Wear.”
The brain behind the pageant, who is also a judge, Sally Akua Amoakowaa, said Animounyam’s looks meant that together with her designer, they had taken the competition seriously and put their best foot forward.
It would be recalled that she was adjudged Star Performer of Week 3.
