Ateaa Tina
US-based Ghanaian female highlife artiste, Ernestina Agyemang, popularly known as Ateaa Tina, has collaborated with Okyeame Kwame to release a new single titled ‘By Force’ on the local music market.
This is the first official single from her, released on digital music streaming platforms on May 5. It was produced by Kaywa, with video credit to Rex.
The new inspirational single according to Ateaa Tina, is a dance tune which she recorded to entertain her fans home and abroad.
According to her, the song is to motivate listeners to keep pushing despite the challenges in life.
A number of music stakeholders who have listened to the song, have voted a huge thumbs-up for Ateaa Tina and Okyeame Kwame for their collaboration and artistic creativity.
Ateaa Tina, who has been in the music industry for the past decade or so, told BEATWAVES in a chat that she has plans of featuring some of the top local acts on some of her yet to be released songs in the coming months.
According to her, she would be excited to have collaboration with some of the reigning stars, adding that collaboration with them has been part of her vision, adding that it will definitely push further her musical career to another level.
Ateaa Tina, who is one of the soothing female voices behind most of Daddy Lumba’s songs, has worked with Daddy Lumba on five albums: ‘Mema Afa Wotrim Ne’, ‘Bubra’, ‘Odo Bewu’, ‘Ahenfo Kyiniye’ and ‘Give Peace a Chance.’
Her music career started when she was discovered by renowned Holland-based music producer, Kweku Mensah, which made possible the opportunity to work with legendary Ghanaian musicians like Daddy Lumba, Esther Amoako and many others.
In light of all the recognition she has been afforded, her goal remains to use her platform as an opportunity to fulfill the purpose of her assignment.
