Hiplife/afrobeat artiste Emmanuel Yeboah, aka AY Poyoo, has announced that his upcoming virtual concert will take place on September 4, 2020.
The fast-rising Ghanaian singer, songwriter and comedian recently gained media attention after releasing a single titled ‘GOAT‘.
The video for ‘GOAT’ has over a million views on YouTube and other streaming platforms.
According to the organizers, the virtual concert, which is being powered by Thank God It’s Friday and 925 Music, will take place at the Prime Bar, North Industrial Area, Accra.
It will be streamed live on AY Poyoo’s Facebook Page (@AyPoyoo), official YouTube Channel (Official AY POYOO) and other social media platforms. It is expected to last for two hours.
The show which will kick off at 6:00pm will witness amazing performances from artistes such as Wanlov The Kubolor, Sister Deborah (Sister Derby), Solid K, Ablekuma Nanalace, Kafui Chordz, Kofi Jamar, Ahkan of Ruff N Smooth fame, Kweli, Ohemaa Dadao and Yaw Lucaz.
All the artistes billed to perform at the event have promised to put up a wonderful performance to satisfy music fans who will be watching the show from their various homes.
AY Poyoo, who has promised to produce his best on the night and perform a lot of his favorite hit-songs, said he was ready to unleash an unexpected performance on the night.
AY Poyoo revealed that he had put in a lot of work to make this a success because he believed Ghanaians and his fans around the world were expecting the best.
He also said all artists joining him on this great occasion were some of the greatest artists and performers he had ever seen. And it is a blessing having them at his concert.
