While his boss, President Nana Akufo-Addo, was spearheading Free Senior High School (SHS), Dr. Bawumia was pushing through the Zongo Development Fund, Nation Builders Corps, One Constituency One Ambulance policy, National Digital Property Address System, Universal QR Code payment system, GhanaPay mobile wallet by banks, and the paperless ports.
