VICE PRESIDENT of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has paid a courtesy call on his Indian counterpart, Venkaiah Naidu.
Dr. Bawumia embarked on the visit on Tuesday March 19, 2019, together with Dr. Ibrahima Kassory Fofana, Prime Minister of Guinea, and Monyane Moleleki, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Lesotho.
The visit which took place in New Delhi, India, was on the sidelines of the 14th CII-EXIM Bank Conclave on India-Africa Partnership Project.
Dr. Bawumia explained that “we had fruitful discussions on how Africa and India can partner for enhanced economic cooperation in the areas of trade and investment to help boost our respective economies.”
