Beatrice Eli
Model Beatrice Eli has described winning the best model award at the just-ended Accra Fashion Week as a blessing.
She was adjudged as the best new female model of the year at the fashion week which showcased some amazing works of some renowned designers from Ghana and beyond.
She joined a number of personalities who picked various recognitions at the award ceremony this year for their contributions to the fashion and modelling industry.
“It means a lot to me because I have been in this industry for only six months and picking an wards gives me hope that I really got something great to offer,” she told NEWS-ONE.
Born Beatrice Nutoegba Tornyeli, she is a model and a journalist. She got into the modelling scene in October 2019, and her works have already started getting attention of stakeholders.
She was first made the face of the Accra Fashion Week and then went on to win the best new female model award.
Currently, she has also been nominated for discovery model of the year at the 2019 Ghana Lifestyle Awards, which is scheduled to take place on April 27.
“I am hoping to pick up the next awards,” she expressed hope to win that award as well.
