Daughter of Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest man, got married in a spectacular ceremony attended by some of the world’s great men and women.
Fatima, who is Dangote’s youngest daughter, got married to Jamilu Abubakar, son of Nigeria’s former Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Dikko Abubakar, in Lagos, Nigeria.
The couple had a six-part event which was held in Abuja, Kano and Lagos.
Fatima had a stunning bridal shower on March 14, followed by a wedding at the Emir’s Palace in Kano on March 16.

On the following day, a grand reception was held in Abuja before the final wedding attended by the world’s richest man, Bill Gates, Nigeria’s Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Ghanaian President Akufo-Addo and Nigeria’s First Lady Aisha Buhari.
Kenyan TV presenter Jeff Koinange also attended the stunning ceremony that saw performances from Wizkid and Davido.
Genevieve Nnaji and Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde were also among the guests who attended the grand wedding finale, which was held at the Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos on Friday.
