The Ghana Police Service has denied claims that it has arrested blogger and social media critic, Albert Nat Hyde aka Bongo Ideas.
Similarly, the Ministry of National Security says its officers have not arrested him.
The two security agencies say their attention has been drawn to social media reports that Albert Nat Hyde has been arrested by its officers at home on Thursday March 14, 2024.
However, the said individual is not in their custody.
The police said they have “contacted a relative who has confirmed that Bongo Ideas is at home”.
