Frank Lampard
Struggling Premier League Club, Chelsea have dismissed their head coach, Frank Lampard.
Lampard had been in charge of Chelsea for the past 18 months but his recent performance has been abysmal.
Chelsea are currently ninth on the 2020/2021 Premier League table.
The Blues suffered a defeat at Leicester City last week. They only managed one win in their last five games.
Lampard’s final game in charge of Chelsea was the 3-1 FA Cup fourth round win against Championship side Luton on Sunday, January 24, 2021.
It would be recalled that Lampard, a former Chelsea player was appointed in July 2019 for a three-year contract, replacing Italian manager, Maurizio Sarri.
