LUXURY REAL estate brokerage company, Cameo 1 Homes has partnered with Philbro Luxury Properties to develop Ghana’s coastal belts and its areas into first-class residential homes.
The two companies, which teamed up to develop high-end real estate in the capital as part of their partnership, commissioned a glass house located in the South La Beach Estates in Accra.
The newly-built 4-bedroom townhouse with all-modern amenities is a fully furnished glass house with a swimming pool, glass barricaded balconies, secret roofing, paved compound, and electric wire fencing.
It also has a chandelier, ensuite rooms, visitor’s washroom, security doors and locks, cabinet-fitted kitchen, cooker, store room, and a reliable water supply.
Addressing the media, Chief Executive Officer of Cameo 1 Homes, Augustine Ewiah, said the partnership with Philbro Properties will see a new transformation in Ghana’s real estate industry.
“We have joined forces in Ghana’s real estate scheme to transform the old areas into a modern-day Accra,” he added that Cameo Home is now in charge of Philbro Properties, ” we just commissioned our first glass house and we have more estate houses to be commissioned in the coming years” he added.
Mr. Ewiah further urged the government to realise unused or surplus land for housing to the estate developers in the country.
According to him, this, when done, will help to meet the ambition of the government’s affordable homes policy initiatives for teachers and other public servants.
