The mission house. INSET: The unveiling ceremony of the renovated church building

THE Kyidomhene of Aburi Atwiasin, Nana Opare Kwafo has built a three-bedroom Mission house and also renovated a church building for Otoase Ebenezer Presbyterian Church congregation in the Ayensuano District of the Eastern Region.

According to him, it is not the first time he has embarked on such a project in the area having done some for Manfokrom to support the growth of the church.

Nana Kwafo said it was the Otoase Emmanuel Congregation that raised the foundation of the mission house and he completed it for them, adding that he had helped churches and schools in the area in diverse ways.

Member of Parliament for Ayensuano Constituency, Samuel Ayeh Paye at a dedication service expressed gratitude to the Chief for his immense support towards the development of the area.

He urged the congregation to take good care of the facilities since he said maintenance culture in the country is on the decline.

Adoagyiri District Minister of the Presbyterian Church, Rev. Emmanuel Bekoe Siaw on behalf of the church lavished praises on Nana Kwafo for his commitment towards the development of the church.

The church later dedicated the Mission house in honour of the chief’s late father, Nana Kwadjo Opare Adjakwa.
