Dr. Chris Jenkins OBE
The President of Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF), Dr. Chris Jenkins OBE, has arrived in the country.
Dr. Jenkins was accompanied by the CEO of CGF Madam Katie Sadleir and Col. Botsang Tshenyego, Regional Vice President of the CGF.
In addition to witnessing some sporting events at the ongoing African Games in Accra, other activities of Dr. Jenkins will include; chairing a CGF regional meeting, strategic workshop, and meeting with the Board of the Commonwealth Games Association of Ghana.
Dr. Jenkins and his delegation will be the special guests of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) and Commonwealth Games Association.
The President of the Ghana Olympic Committee, Ben Nunoo Mensah, is expected to lead the delegation on a courtesy call to the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the Ga Mantse during their visit to Ghana.
