Nunekpeku Senyo Henry
The Adabraka Magistrate Court has issued a warrant for the arrest of Nunekpeku Senyo Henry who is on the run for fraud.
The warrant, issued on January 15, 2025, accuses the suspect of defrauding by false pretences contrary to section 131(1) of the Criminal and Other Offences Act, 1960 (Act 29).
The complainant has lodged an official complaint at the Police Headquarters, Criminal Investigations Department (CID).
The suspect has been on the run since, leading to the court issuing a warrant for his arrest.
