De Voice, Vybrant Faya, Others Rock Vienna City

Afro-pop singer De Voice and some selected artistes last Saturday staged a historic live musical concert dubbed ‘Connection Man Club Tour’ at the Vienna City in Accra.

On the bill was a rich list of some of Ghana’s finest hiplife and dancehall artistes such as Mr Logic, Vybrant Faya, Ras Kuuku, Shegee Styla and a host of others who took the stage one after the other to thrill fans.

The event kick-started with Mr Logic who dished out good tunes to the satisfaction of the audience.

Vybrant Faya who mounted the stage after Mr Logic brought to bear his legacy on stage. Blessed with full showmanship, he delighted patrons with tunes that got them dancing all the way through.

After performing well-known tunes, the elated audience could not just let the artiste go without performing his hit song ‘Mampi’.

Nero X who took the baton from Vybrant Faya was just amazing. Credited with good singing skills, he performed a number of his hit songs which kept patrons dancing.

De Voice, headline act, was next. He was equally enthralling; never mind his dance steps, his songs swept through the crowd like a whirlwind, drawing patrons to the dance floor.

The Afro-pop artiste was just beyond description, as he sent patrons on a journey to a destination of ecstasy.

Those who couldn’t make it to the dance floor were seen tapping their feet to the rhythmic tunes.

With his music and style, De Voice has managed to convince music critics and fans who witnessed some of his live show at the Vienna City to appreciate that he is among Ghana’s best as far as Afro-pop music is concerned.

Shegee Styla and Ras Kuuku sealed the night. They also kept patrons on their feet, dancing to their amazing tunes.

Shegee Styla, during her performance, proved to the audience that she is still fresh and could deliver when called upon to perform at any event.
