Devtraco Plus, a real estate company delivering signature luxury developments in the capital Accra, has unveiled its latest project, ‘The Address’.
Situated at Roman Ridge, ‘The Address’, consists of three separate towers; a 13-floor tower with studio, one-bedroom & two-bedroom vacation, apartments managed by an experienced real estate management company; a 17-floor tower with studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom & three bedroom apartments & penthouses for residential living.

At the official launch, the project was unveiled to the public and investors as well as past and prospective clients and friends amidst music and fine dining.
Executive Director, Devtraco Group, Joseph Aidoo, said ‘The Address’ offers value for money compared to other developments in the city.
“It is a destination, three buildings in one among the retail offerings. Secondly, it provides the most amenities in any development currently ongoing in the county,” he said.
Mr. Aidoo indicated that the facility is targeted at investors looking to buy for rental income as well as capital appreciation.
