A section of mobile and radio disc jockeys (DJs) in the country have endorsed Magic Rocker’s latest hit single titled ‘Abau Tha Somtin’ released a few weeks ago.
The new single, according to the DJs, is a strong tune that will undoubtedly attract large following.
This is not the first time the DJs, especially those in the Ashanti Region, have shown love to Magic Rocker’s new song, sung in Ga. It is fused with a ‘jama’ beat mixed with hiplife rhythm.
They were impressed with the beautifully crafted music piece and encouraged the fast-rising singer to keep working hard on good music for his fans.
After three weeks of its release, the song has received massive airplay on a number of local radio stations across the country.
Produced and mastered by Richard Essien (Magic Rocker), Mr. Sarge, and King Jay, the DJs believe that the song which has good sound quality will surely rub shoulders with songs already on the music scene.
According to Magic Rocker’s management team, ‘Abau Tha Somtin’ is a street gospel song, which comes after the release of hit singles titled ‘Sextisfaction’, ‘Just Like Sugar’ and ‘Stop Speaking Vernacular’, and serves as a prelude to his compilation album which is expected to be out next year.
With Ghanaian music crossing borders, Magic Rocker is poised to take it a notch higher with his new song.
